For everyone’s cleanliness and comfort, we kindly ask that all guests, young and old, wear socks while inside our cafe. Thank you for respecting our hygienic practices.
At Wonder Kids Cafe, we treasure safety above all. All children should be accompanied by an adult aged 18 years or older. Let’s keep our little ones safe and supervised at all times.
To ensure quality and safety, outside food and drink are not allowed—with the exception of baby food and water bottles. We appreciate your understanding.
While our cafe is under 24-hour surveillance for your peace of mind, we advise guests to keep an eye on their personal belongings. Unfortunately, we can’t be held responsible for lost or damaged items.
To maintain a peaceful, joyous atmosphere, we kindly request no running or rough play in the cafe. We encourage respect and kindness, and won’t tolerate unruly or offensive behavior.
For cleanliness and safety, we ask that food and drinks are enjoyed outside the play areas. If accidents happen, a small cleaning fee may be applied.
Safety first! Please refrain from climbing, standing, jumping, or leaning on the play equipment unless it’s designed for that purpose. Any injuries from inappropriate use are not our responsibility.
Our diligent team maintains, checks, and cleans all play equipment daily. Let’s keep it in top shape by using it gently and avoiding any damage or permanent stains.
If you notice any areas that need some extra care or special cleaning, don’t hesitate to let us know. We appreciate your help in keeping our cafe clean and inviting.
For the comfort and health of all our guests, please note that smoking and alcohol are not permitted in the cafe.
Health Advice
If you or your little ones are feeling under the weather or showing signs of illness, please inform our team. For everyone’s wellbeing, we may ask you to visit us another day. We appreciate your understanding.
We encourage all our visitors to wash their hands before and after playtime. Hand sanitizers and hand wash stations are conveniently located at the entrance and throughout the cafe for your use. Clean hands are happy hands!
